Calcium Stearates
Calcium stearate is obtained from stearic acid, which is a saturated fatty acid derived from vegetable sources. When stearic acid reacts with calcium hydroxide, it creates “calcium stearate”. It is a compound that has a white and waxy appearance. It can normally be found in poweder form. Our portfolio consists of the Pure & High heat stable to Economical grades.
Calcium stearate are used in plastics, rubber, paints and inks, and other industrial applications.
